The contemporary history of Khuzestan province is intertwined with issues such as ethnic segregation, security problems and some crimes and socio-political anomalies due to some economic, environmental, cultural and domestic problems as well as foreign historical interventions. The persistence of these internal problems, as well as the media propaganda of the Arab and trans-regional countries, has provoked the ethnic protesters, which has provided the ground for linking the thoughts of the ethnocentrists with the ideas of Wahhabism and Takfiri in parts of this province. The main aim of this research was to identify effective components in tendency of Shiite-youth towards Salafi-Takfiri thoughts in some parts of Khuzestan province. The research was a qualitative approach, conducting based on Grounded theory. Statistical population included people oriented to these thoughts and informed pundits who were purposefully selected. The results were obtained after17 deep interviews. Then, relying on a systematic data-based approach and open coding process, pivotal and selective, the paradigm model of the research was realized. The results and findings of the study indicated that cultural, economic, media, geographical and external components have played a major role and psychological and political components have played a facilitating role in the tendency of young people to these thoughts.

In heterogeneous cultural-religious systems, recognizing the variables affecting citizens' voting behavior and political participation is vital for good policy-making and management. The issue of research is the analysis of the factors influencing the Turkmen people to vote for the discourse of moderation in the twelfth presidential election. This research was descriptive in terms of orientation, application and type of research and the survey method was used. The statistical population is the citizens of Turkmen ethnic group in Golestan and 344 people were randomly selected as the statistical sample. Reliability and validity of the research instrument were measured using factor load coefficient, combined reliability, Cronbach's alpha, convergent validity and divergent validity. The data were analyzed using Smart-PLS and SPSS software. One-sample t-test and Friedman test were used to test the research hypotheses. Findings show that candidate personality traits, electoral expectations, influence of political-religious trustees, closeness to religious-ethnic ideologies, regional developments in the region and virtual networks had the greatest impact on the Turkmen people's vote for moderation in the twelfth presidential election. The findings of the ranking also show, respectively, election expectations, closeness to religious ideologies, historical factors, global-regional developments, the influence of political-religious trustees, candidate personality traits and virtual networks play the most important role in the tendency of the Turkmen people to the discourse of moderate.

Globalizalization of culture as a main paradigm and one of the vaguest term has been touched upon from diverse angels in scientific forums in late 20th century and early days of 21th century. On one hand, some scholars perceive it optimistically as a process-oriented issue that has been present from the very first days of human life and it has been more prominent these days due to informatics revolution and finally it ends in internalization and expansion of welfare, advancement, peace, democracy for everyone. However, the more we head on in the era of rationalism and democracy not only these idealistic mottos have not been realized but the number of the poor increases and conflicts, segregation are at maximum. Further, a minority of society are getting richer and more powerful. These items make an investigatory background and pessimistic orientation of some people and particular countries to this issue. Regarding the actions of ninth and tenth government based on reformist and revisionist structures and prevalent events in the world in the form and frame of justice and management, and public participation in management of the world, questioning holocaust, terrorism sense and emphasizing the right of Iran for attaining nuclear energy
